Hi! Welcome to Cosmic Ground. I’m Shaun (she/her), a holistic energy worker, crystal girly, intuitive medium, writer, filmmaker, artist, sister, daughter, and friend, and I’m so happy you’re here!

Cosmic Ground is rooted in energy work and accessing crystals as tools for support and healing. My goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and safe in your personal journey.

I started working with crystals over a decade ago, using them as guides in my personal meditation practice and energy work. Friends started asking for stone recommendations and I discovered I had an intuition for connecting people and crystals.

In 2018, I completed my master-level Reiki certification and over the years have blended traditional energy healing practices with crystal healing and other modalities into a holistic approach centered around making clients feel seen, held, and grounded in themselves.

I am a child of nature. Whether it is the ground beneath my feet, stars above my head, or the many plants and animals we share our home with, I believe we can find connection and purpose in all of it.

My goal is to create a space where you feel held and connected to not only the world around you, but the cosmos and magic of the universe as well. I believe this connection creates a portal for intentional and potent healing supported by energy and crystal work.

Rooted in the Reiki tradition, I use a holistic blend of modalities to help you feel balanced, rooted, and connected with your mind, body, and spirit. I use crystals as guides, talismans, and portals to unlocking awareness, intention, and healing. I would be honored to help connect you with a stone that supports you in your journey.
